CHINOISERIE WALL PAINTING ON CANVAS

Repair and retouching.

This classic example of Chinoiserie wall art had been compromised by damage to the plaster on which the canvas was mounted. The canvas needed to be carefully peeled off the wall so the plaster could be repaired. The canvas was then laid back over the wall and the painting seamlessly retouched to restore the wall art to its original appearance.
